Returns Policy

To make the return process easy for you, please remember to follow these three steps.

1. Return items within 28 days of receipt of your order.

2. Return items in the condition you received them. 

- Please ensure that all the items are returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

- All returns will be assessed upon receipt and any items in unsuitable condition will be returned to you.

- If there are any issues with your recent order, please notify us withing 5 working days of delivery.

- Please ensure that all tags and labels are kept on if you wish to return the item and get a full refund. All Nougat items have a label and tag attached.

- Please be advised that original outbound postage fees are non-refundable. Only the price of the returned items will be credited back to your original payment method.

3. Returning the items 

- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

- If using Royal Mail service, we strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt with a tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

After sending your parcel back, if you have not been contacted by us within 7-10 business days, please email customer services via contactus@nougatlondon.co.uk in order for us to investigate.

 

ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE

We regret we cannot offer returns for any items purchased in store. For items purchased from a store please return to the place of purchase.
